04Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM development from product concepts, design files, tech packs, reference images or physical samples.
05What can be customized?
Materials, colors, shapes, sizes, logos, embroidery, printing, patches, labels, trims, hardware and packaging can be customized.
06Can you develop a product from my sample or design?
Yes. We can work from tech packs, sketches, reference images, physical samples or existing products.
07Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Samples are made to confirm materials, structure, size, color, branding and workmanship before production.
08How long does sample development take?
Regular samples usually take around 7–15 days after product details and materials are confirmed.
09How can I get an accurate quotation?
Please provide the product style, quantity, materials, logo details, packaging requirements and delivery destination.
10What is your bulk production lead time?
Regular orders usually take around 30–45 days after sample approval and material confirmation.
11Can you manufacture complex or multi-material products?
Yes. We can integrate fabrics, knitted materials, webbing, zippers, buckles, hardware, labels and functional processes.
12How do you control product quality?
We use material inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection to control size, workmanship, appearance and function.
